it's not like Gordon hasn't entered a small room completely filled with trained killers before, and survived. And this time, he has the indestructable G-Man to hide behind. Plus don't forget, the G-Man can annoy the hell out of everyone with his odd voice.
gman, being completely invincible and extremely patient, could just wait till all his enemies get too old to fight properly and then either bat them to death with his briefcase or just watch them die of natural causes.
At the end of the universe; there is only Gman... After time has ended, his watch will still work... After matter ceases to exist, his cheese tomato lettuce and mayo sandwich will remain fresh in his briefcase... And when the universe collapses on itself there will be a singularity again, and it will sigh and repeat, "I'm waiting, Mr Freeman"...

Of course Tri-Op can just get an OSA guy to mind control the G-Man. THEN THE G-MAN GETS PWNT!
And lest we forget that Tri-Op boxes are ALSO invincible.
The only real question here is between Weyland/Utani and Tri-Op. Everything else would get pwnt.
And dont forget that the BFG has a weakness. Fire a bullet into the CPU core of each BFG fusion blast and it just dissipates. The Fusion cannon from SS2 does not have this weakness. Add in the fact that Tri-Op has armor piercing rounds versus hardened targets, and Anti-Personnel rounds versus fleshy stuff and they just pwn all.
