How do I do this? I browsed around the forums and can't find info anywhere.

if your on cable you should set your rate to
10000 - 25000

cl_cmdrate equal to your fps
cl_updaterate equal to your fps

alrighty, but where do I do it? Do I have to edit something, or do I do it in the console?

also, what should I set it to for DSL?
