This seriously tears me up on how the innocence of a child can be blown to pieces to be remended and blow to pieces again. How can you do this to a human?!!!

That's odd, I just read about this in my psychology book...

Her life must have been wasted away... It is good that her right brain is incredibly good, but her left is somewhat unused... The world is a left brained world, hence most people are right-handed.

now thats kind of cool..
i just try to imagin how "fun" it would be for a 23 year old girl that got raised by wolves,
living from one day to another under humans... it must be like living on another planet... you dont have to hunt for food again... you always have a warm place to sleep.. you learn to speak..theres is something that is called money...some peoples do everything for money.. peoples kill each other for complete questionable reasons.. something called war... you will see humankind is maybe the most terrible thing ever happend this planet, but the main thing is, you never have to mate with the alpha wolf again... oohyeah..

lets go shoping

Atleast I am not the only one. I hate children so much I don't associate with the youngest member of my family who is 7.

Saying that though, this kid would be great in a circus.

Situations such as Genie's make it clear that some canines know how to raise a human child better than its parents.

I think hes a bit past is pychological "critical period" so probably not.

On a positive note I think it is pretty cool that the real dog took care of the kid (the only way he knew of) rather than just leave him where ever he first found him.

PS here is a link with a pic of the real dog. http://www.mosnews.com/news/2004/08/03/boydog.shtml

The kid can walk on 2 legs now and can use a spoon but he still cant talk etc

Wow, it's a good thing that dog mastered carpentry and built himself a dog house, otherwise he would have needed to stay outside all the time. He's like a super smart dog, we could learn new architectural techniques from him!

there was a kid in India who was raised by wolves a few years back (well before i was born actually) and when people scoff at the idea of Romulus and Remus i just have to disagree

Heh, I'd say just let him do what he wants. Then again, i would be weird to have a naked 25 year old run through my yard after a rabbit when your mowing the grass a few years from now...

I don't think it's scoffing as much at the wolf raisng as the raised by a wolf and then had the ability to form a gigantic empire without learning how to talk.

Wouldn't the kids stomach be totally unsuited to any and all food the dog can bring to him? I mean, i realise that after a while his stomach would adapt, but wouldn't he have died before then?

well the dog would probably just bring dead animals, and a person could live off that. it wouldnt taste very good, and he might get sick, but i guess some people are lucky,
