Connection Problems After ~1 Hour In Game

Then, unfortunately, the game all of a sudden just goes into random giga-lag to a point where it is totally unplayable. The wierd thing is, if I quit and reload, some of the servers stay (about 15-25), and most of them dissapear (I have a lag filter on).
My settings. rate:20000, cl_cmdurate:101, cl_updaterate: 101 (I am not sure on the names, but those are the numbers.)
I was wondering what might cause this to happen. Everything else is fine, and it usually clears up after a while, but it is really annoying.
