Chrono's Conflict
<div class="IPBDescription">For I am a cheap hobo</div> November approaches, and I'm going to buy something fancy.
Half-Life 2, Halo 2, and the Nintendo DS are all going to be out by the next time I reach some sort of electronics store (I live 30 minutes away in a semi-rural area, and am devoid of a liscence). I am also incredibly poor, since I can't get a job because I have no car which sucks. My birthday is in January, though, which is good.
Anyway, my cheap arse has a hard enough time as it is deciding what to buy in game stores (I spend about an hour staring at the shelves, then pick the 5 game value pack!), so I figured planning ahead would be a good idea.
Halo 2?
Half-Life 2?
Nintendo DS?
Since I haven't bought it yet, Ninja Gaiden?
Right now, it's mainly a competition between DS and Ninja Gaiden, since I know both will own my ponce. Halo 2 and Half-Life 2 are going to kill me when they come out, though, and I hear everyone talking about them, and all of my friends are having huge net games and I can't join because I have Ninja Gaiden.
But then, if the games end up sucking, I have a sucky game I got because I decided I didn't want to get Ninja Gaiden.
In either of those above two scenarios, the bus ride to and from school will suck huge nuts, as will lunch, because I'll have nothing to do.
I hope Metroid Prime 2 isn't coming out soon x.x

This is the only forum where my name is Crono. And that's mostly because that was the point in time where many people were whining because Crono didn't have an H, but after a while I decided I didn't care because not many people knew that anyway, and I'd probably get people telling me I spelled Chrono wrong.

Half Life 2.
And I'm going to have to be subtle and pre-empt "No Warez Talk" please. But if you get my hint... But no, no warez talk. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Bad boy!
Juarezing takes all the fun out of buying something.
Namely, the part where you buy it D:
So now it's down to Halo 2, Ninja Gaiden, or DS.
EDIT: I don't like renting games. Plus, I think we have a $700 late fee for a movie we rented way back when.
As for the DS... yeah, I'm getting one. But my list is much longer than yours:
HL2 (probably silver Steam package)
Prime 2
PoP:WW
DS
WoW (collector's edition)
Halo 2 got bumped off my list for WoW; while I'm sure it'll be a great game, I *loved* HL1, Prime, and PoP:SoT but I only liked Halo -- and that was only because of the co-op aspect. So I figure I can hold off on Halo 2 for the time being.
As if. <!--emo&::nerdy::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/nerd-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='nerd-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
