No Hl Launcher File In Ns Folder

Ive installed NS into the steam/steamapps/email/hl.. etc folder, and i noticed it didnt come up in my "Play games" menu on steam, so i searched for the exe file in the NS folder, and found that there wasnt one... All my other mods have the HL Launhcer file, yet NS didnt. Know where i can get this file??

If NS doesn't show up below "Third Party Games" then you didn't install correctly.
