Legal purchase of songs means you own an instance of them. Meaning, if you bought them you should have either downloaded them from the service you purchased them from already, or have them on a CD if you mean a hard-copy purchase. The only scenario I can imagine for why you'd need hosting is to get them to another person, or a wide range of people. Which is illegal.

Just wanted to do a afterlock post in case you're asking for hosting for another possibility: wanting to listen to your own songs from somewhere else, such as school or work.
Windows XP pro comes with the Remote Desktop feature, which lets you connect to your computer from darn well near anywhere. It's also rather user friendly, and includes a help button to learn all the features. Check it out at start>all programs>accessories>communications>Remote Desktop Connection.
If you don't have windows XP pro, you can still use other programs such as VNC; a search on google or sourceforge.net for VNC should give you several possible clients with different features, so try out whichever solution works best for you.
