You <b>have</b> to use the Modern Winamp skin, or it won't work.
Drag the left-side of your Main Winamp window (and make sure it isn't minimized) to stretch it. Keep stretching until you see a secondary beat bar. Then you should Ctrl+Shift+Alt Click the <b>middle</b> of the beat bar. The Llamas should pop out.
Though it sometimes doesn't appear. I tried earlier but it didn't appear. A restart of Winamp fixed it though.

It also works with my WinAMP skin, called Multipass[Which my WindowsBlinds Theme is based off of, so they fit quite well]. The flashing works, but when you try and do Ctrl+Alt+Shift on it, it play a short little animation that reads "Multipass" then goes away.
