I can get the flashing winamp, but how do I do the llamas?

You have to use the Modern Winamp skin, or it won't work.

Drag the left-side of your Main Winamp window (and make sure it isn't minimized) to stretch it.
Keep stretching until you see a secondary beat bar. Then you should Ctrl+Shift+Alt Click the middle of the beat bar. The Llamas should pop out.

Though it sometimes doesn't appear. I tried earlier but it didn't appear. A restart of Winamp fixed it though.

It also works with my WinAMP skin, called Multipass[Which my WindowsBlinds Theme is based off of, so they fit quite well]. The flashing works, but when you try and do Ctrl+Alt+Shift on it, it play a short little animation that reads "Multipass" then goes away.
