No models and entitys viewable

I sometimes have a problem when playing NS:
I cant see water or entitys like water
i restart hl it is still there
i reboot pc and it is still there
i try another time and then it is gone? <!--emo&::skulk::--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/skulk.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='::skulk::'><!--endemo-->
i noticed that also other players seem to have this problem, i saw them writing it in the chat on the server
i hope that you can fix it
