I Need A Console Command

If i join some Custom maps (crossfire for example), i cannot enter the game because there are no portals to join a team/spec.

Could someone tell me the console command which lets me join a team?
(bind f1 joinalienteam for example).

Or does anyone know where i could find a *complete* list of all ns specific console commands?

arent F1 and F2 already bound to join aliens/marines by default?

on the commands subject, it would be nice for a sticky somewhere containing all the client variables that are ns specific.
