Server Problems With Admin/amx Mods.

<div class="IPBDescription">OMG HELP!</div> Ok our server currently rocks. awsome ping great tech support but its a computer....and for some strange and odd reason Admin/Amx mods dont work with it. itll install and run....but as soon as i do a command (exp: admin_slap Remoizs) itll lag then disconnect then restart. i dont know whats wrong or anything....even the tech support doesnt know whats wrong. any ideas on how to fix this?
Server specs:
2.4Ghz P4
dont know the video card currently(ill post it later)
512 DDR ram
700T1 line connect(on the main fiber in LA)
we thought it was the kernal so we upgraded that but it still lags/disconects/restarts if we install the admin/amx mods. HELP!!! I NEED MASIVE HELP!!!!
