How many here are lerkers? I've been around since a month or two before NS was released and have lerked pretty consistently occasionally posting. Who else is in the samish boat?

    I "lerked" around before NS came out too but I just never made an account.

    but when ever I go on a computer i most likely check out the ns forums unless Im at work or something.

    lorking on the clorf was lerking on the cliff outside of hera marine start, I forgot who started it but someone will come out of the woodwork who knows

    As to your first question, lerking is lurking, which is reading forum posts but not posting much yourself. There's nothing wrong with it.

    I lurked a month or two before release. Just came around reading "Tales from the Frontlines." Then I signed up a week later and introduced myself in the OT.     If the "lerk on the clorf" in Hera began happening when 2.0 came out then it was most likely me who invented it as I love to do it when alien and marines were in MS. I also invented the "friendly fade" btw, and for that one I have many witnesses. (it began purely concidentally) As usual I set a trend that other copy and then someone else coins the phrase or term to describe it.

    PS: I also have a thing for trying to fall out of skyboxes. They are my real enemy.

    The only forums I ever lerk in here are the Tech Help and Fan Fiction forum. However I do often look beyond the first page of the forum, (I'm probably the only one in the whole community besides Zunni who does so) thus I have sometime been called a threadomancer. (which to me is a compliment)

    I've been a lerk for a couple of years. I think I started reading about the summer 2002.

    Made an account a year ago, december 2003.

    Only started posting recently, because of the I&S getting cleaned up, thank god.
