Emoticons Not Showing: Invision Pb Forums

<div class="IPBDescription">Worked fine prior to changing hosts.</div> I recently transfered one of my websites to a new host but am having trouble with emoticons showing on the forums. This is Invision Power Board v1.2 btw.

If you view a topic you see the small white squares where an emoticon should appear. If you simply edit the post and submit without changing anything the emoticons appear. Of course it's not feasible to do this with hundreds of posts so....

How do I get these emoticons to appear board wide?

    The emoticons in those posts are trying to find the old path, where they were stored. Since you've changed your host, none of them will work and I can't think up of a way to correct that...

    If such is the case, why does simply editing/submitting the post make the emoticons re-appear?

    because editing a post gives you the text code for the emote, which is then changed to the emote when you resubmit it

    You have to edit every single one.
