Need Help Installing The Game!

<div class="IPBDescription">Can Someone Help Me PLZ!!!</div> K I downloaded the game...then i went to install it i put it in this folder: C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\MY EMAIL@hotmail.com\half-life...and it said "folder already exists, would u like to continue anyways"... so i clicked yes and then it starts to install and it gets like half way then it says "c:\program files\steam\steamapps\MY EMAIL@hotmail.com\half-life\ns\sound\ambience\ambient09.mp3, An error occured while trying to copy a file: the source file is corrupted"....then it asks me to Abort, Retry or Ignore...

Can someone help me...is it happening cuz of where i got the download from or do i need the first version of NS or wut???SOMEONE PLZ HELP!!!

Nvm got the problem fixed...the problem was coming from where i was downloading from so i finally found a good site and got it from there and it worked finally...
