Need your help compiling info
As a result of a discussion in the PT forums I've been wondering just how prevalent the use of the red cross is in games. (i.e. a red cross with arms of equal length on a white background).
Now I know that TFC and Starcraft use it and NS does at the moment, but there are hundreds of other games I must have played in my time that also use the symbol.
I'd appreciate it if you can list examples (with screenshots) of games that employ the red cross as part of their artwork.
I may come up with some random prize for the person who comes up with the most examples. I may not.

Will edit later with screenie, on uni computer right now.
The meanings for symbols change, just look at the swastika, show that pretty much anywhere and it will be taken as a negative symbol but there is a reason why that symbol was chosen in the first place.
Chronicals of redik on the med device.
doom 3 med pack
HL Medpack/med device
Call of Duty Medic soldier
Battlefield 1942/Vietnam medic pack
Medal of Honor: med pack
Halo med pack
Command and Conquer Generals, medic and uses cross symbols to symbolize ficing or healing a unit
AVP 1 and 2 med packs
Unreal Tournament uses blue crosses
Return to Castle wolfenstien med pack
Splinter Cell med device
Max Payne1/2 the med cabinet
Delta Force med pack
Worms 1 through whatever uses red cross for health item
I'm looking for examples of the latter.

What does this have to do with games btw?
So you got in an argument with someone over weather or not it is supposed to be used in games and now we are proving that one way or another it definately is, repeditively...

Theres no back story, its just a health pack for crying out loud!
Its universally recognised and only requires 25 pixels to render in a game, simple as that.
Usage of the Red Cross in any other context other than approved by the Red Cross under the articles of the Geneva Convention is illegal. It's not a point to debate. You can either:
a) Google it.
b) Go to a library.
c) Read the Geneva Convention and associated articles.
d) Contact your local Red Cross branch, who will confirm it for you.
I wasn't trying to make any point or cause a fuss, but simply see:
1) How widespread it was,
2) How much of my "remembering" of its use was actually true. Since it is widely used, it is easy to falsely remember it being used in a game, then look back and find out that it was actually a red cross on a green background or a white cross on a red background that was used.
It's used very widely. Basically at least half of all major games that use the concept of healing packs incorporate the red cross symbol in it somewhere. And no, you remember correctly. The red cross symbol is even used for your health bar as well.
UkChaos, that's what i said. Maybe it's hard to see because I didn't use any paragraphs in my post. The example of a backstory was a hypothetical situation where the use of the red cross as a healing station could have come into the game world.
Edit: And maybe it doesn't count with games, because it's the same as taking a photo of a red cross jacket. Who knows.
Sure, others games will have used the same symbol before, but doom made it popular. Quake, Duke3d, Tombraider and Halflife used them too, and various generic FPS clones.
I think tombraider's medpacks switched from red to green crosses in TR3.
Unreal Tournament uses Blue crosses.
