running cs:s at 1024 with full settings gets me about 60fps <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
I'm on an AMD Athlon 2800+ XP with 512 ram and a Radeon 9600 Pro.
I can get CS: Source to look pretty good, though I turned down a few settings for the sake of smoother play. Doom 3 was lovely on high settings, I just had a little lag here and there, nothing terrible <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Talking about computer specs. I may have oc damaged my 9800 pro can some one with the same card go play CS:S then max all grafics settings even resolution and then come back and tell me the fps. I keep getting 10fps at the beginning of video stress test, while others with crappier cards and comps get more.

Bwahahahahahahahahah. No.
I was going to get a new mobo, CPU and RAM earlier this year. But then I found out that everything inside was glued together, so I went and brought a slab of GameCube titles instead. Kinda regretting that now.
