Aim Acting Up...

<div class="IPBDescription">All I can say is...WTH</div> Well I have been having a bit of a problem with AIM lately. For some reason, when I try to sign on, it works fine only up until the "Starting AIM Services" portion of the logon, then it freezes. If I click Cancel, then try it again, I get that annoying "You have tried signing in again too soon" message. Originally, restarting my comp fixed it, but now that does not even work. Also, just to see if it was the AIM client itself, I tried using Trillian. What did I get? NADA. I'm stumped here. I'm not sure if its my computer or the AIM server/client. Please help.

    I dont understand why I should reformat my comp just becasue aim is not working...lol. Maybe I'm missing something?

    Not just because AIM doesn't work... But when things stop working, it's usually because the computer is cluttered with useless stuff, half uninstalled things, bugs, errors, etc, etc...

    So if you haven't done a reformat and reinstall in a long time, might be a good idea to do it now...
