I Cant Add New Topic On Ideas On Upcoming Versions

i am new to this forum but have been playing ns for about 3 years. I have a new idea for an upcoming version of NS but i cant post new topics, how do you gain these privilages?

You don't post there. You post in Ideas and Suggestions, and if your idea is deemed worthy by Zunni, Lord of I&S, he moves it there. Only ideas he thinks are good enough to consider for the next version make it there.

Also, I know you are lying. NS will be be celebrating it's second birthday this october 31st. Therefore, there is no possible way you could of been playing it for three years.
