So it's not that mych different that normal Theme Manager. Oh well. I'll stick with litestep.
Good to see some big companies are starting to endorse skinning in general. NVidia are sponsering a skinning contest, and now Ati have this. A little bit more flexability in how we can make things look is a good thing.
EDIT Nvidia's contest is for a desktop calander...not actual skinning.
