About that patch, not altering the resources

<div class="IPBDescription">Why, oh why</div>I understand that some admins will raise the resource thing to make it easier to buy stuff.

But the server my clan use to admin have altered so that HA S and GL are rare. I'm not sure if they changed the prices (if that's possible) but they did lower the resource in some way.

I just hope it will still be possible to lower it, instead of blocking it completely.

Once the resources are hard-coded and the bug fixed, GLs and HAs will be rare anyways, so it should all be good.
