My current MBL consists of the worst repeat offenders in the world plus the few unlucky souls who didn't respect the Xzianthian rules and have thus since been permanently labled. I make damn sure now that my job is though and it's not a case of somebody's "friend" trying on purpose to get them banned from all servers without their knowing.
Call me arrogant on this one if you want but I doubt anyone does as thorough as a job as me so I strongly detest MBLs just as "witch trials" tend to capture innocent people and putting an innocent being in "cyber jail" for a crime they didn't commit is something I strive very hard to avoid.
*vote no* to an NS MBL unless I'm in charge of running it and I get my standard of detail to warrant the action.

you dont just spot them by their ratio. you spot them by ingame experiences and if they are hacking, you spectate them. if they have any brains they will turn them off and start to suck. but im sure you will get a demo someday. then send it to the admin and get him bant.
but seriously on public servers not all the skulks are trained in ambushing. some just run right at you. and if you have an hmg you can kill like 10 skulks per clip if you use it right.

yup, i dare say that if someone has 15:0 kills then not only can he aim pretty well, his movement skills and such things are also top notch. and as an alien he's a mad bhop rabbit and lethal as fade/lerk.
I feel this topic is right on the edge of bursting into flames. I left it alive when I first saw it on the off chance that something productive would come from it. But since it's already expanding from accusations of cheating in NS to cheating in paintball (my mind boggles) I get the feeling that it's all downhill from here.

Something BlackList. Probably Master BlackList, but that's just a guess. Or BanList.
