Server won't get up

Is there sommat wrong with the ns_i386.so ?
I'm trying to get it running on a Debian PC
(dual amd atlhon 1800 || 1024 ddr ram || 100mbit i-net)

Anyone of you know the problem, and perhaps know how to fix it?
