Cloaking problems on ns_hera

I was playing Alien on NS_Hera and my cloak would more than half the time not work properly. I stopped moving but cloaking would not set in, i run around a little, stop, still no cloak, run some more, then cloaked.. The cloaking effect itself was fine, they didnt spot me.

Strange.. never ever had any problems with this on any other map so i just thought it may, for some weird way be related to the map...

Anyone had this problem, on any map?

    You can't cloak within a certain range of an observatory.  You were probably trying to cloak near one.
