Hello, I have recently found a Message board for Teenagers that like to talk about all things that have to do with the life of a Teen. It is a small community, as of right now, but the owner plains to make it much better, with a homepage and a domain. However the owner dose not want to do this unless there becomes more users. It has no adds, and looks pretty cool. The link below should take you there. Thanks for your time.

Well, yes, normally. The staff just tends to assume that users who make an account and advertise another site in their very first few posts probably don't even intend on sticking around. Nor would such people come back even once to notice that we ban their accounts for spamming advertisements.
I'm leaving this open, at least for now, because I can imagine one or more of our users may actually decide they like the idea of joining another active community of people their age. Good luck maintaining it.

Also, this goes under "Advertising", something that is officially illegal in the forums.
I myself had to get permission to post for my forums, and even then that got locked(not because of it though- because it developed into a flamewar. OMG CHRISTIANX)R %CK!)

Bah. I never was, nor ever will be, a teenager.
Not that I will admit, anyway.
This forums started off by allowing a practically pre existing community based on a game to talk somewhere, then people wanted to talk about non game related things, so off-topic and such were created. Then purists confined themselves, to a degree anyway, within certain forums. Now it is just a large active community growing ever larger.
It is WAAAAY harder for a small community to sustain itself, let alone grow, than it is for a large active community. Why? Because people will be tempted to leave. But the temptation to join won't be as great.
Oh wait, no it didn't. ¬_¬
