Cd Wont Work

until the move to beta 5 cheating death would work fine for me. until i moved to beta 5 though it allows me to enter the game but then locks up and kicks me out of ns. i have no models and nothing else. i have uninstalled ns and reinstalled it but that still doesnt work. i have other 3rd party games (im starting to think thats t but not possitive) i havent unistalled all of the other 3rd party games yet but if thats the problem then they are gone. i have removed teh ones that were a problem for me already and that didnt fix the it either. besides teh third party games i have done just about everything i can think of besides unistalling steam and reinstalling it? and solutions would be greatly appreciated.
