    Fair point, but it's still more than one country. And the pund thing, i didn't know because some europeans dont have the £ key on their keyboard and i have no idea if the americans do or not.

    <!--QuoteBegin--></div><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin--> I reckon a lot of people would get a laugh out of it, but given that this sentiment has been voiced loudly, without any trace of humour a lot recently, I dont find it as funny. Stereotypes like "Southern Accents" and "British Accents" and fine, but once we head towards intellect and inferiority, then I start to hesitate.<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
    I understand that but really, most people would understand that it really is just a joke. Fair enough it may poke fun using intellect and inferiority as a target but it is just a joke, people woun't be affected by it. The rest of the world does know that the american people are not stupid, afterall they didn't become a global superpower for nothing. But once the joke has passed people will forget it. And didn't you once say "I belive people who vote democrat must not be politically informed" or something to that effect. Essentially telling democrats are stupid?

    I might have found some humor (or humour for you pissants) in this but then I read this:

    <!--QuoteBegin--></div><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->Tax collectors from Her Majesty's Government will be
    with you shortly to ensure the acquisition of all revenues
    due (backdated to 1776).<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->

    So what I really found laughable was that so many people out there in Insignificantland really want to ****-off the nearly 60,000,000 people who not only own firearms and plenty of ammunition but also voted for the guy who wants them to have more. I'm sure a bit more button pushing should have them swimming over to finish the job their ancestors were unwilling to do.

    Oh, and brush your teeth after a shower you ripe bastards.

    I thought it was pretty funny and I'm an American.

    Except where you insulted our Freedom Fires. THAT WAS CROSSING THE LINE, DAMMIT!

    Once again, the NS Forum community out-does itself in a heaving morass of attempting to 'BE SMART0R' than their fellows by over analysing everything.

    It's a joke. It was written in the topic title, and the thread itself. Relax, go outside, look at the sky or something. Hug a tree, I don't know.

    The real comedy? The fact those 60,000,000 odd people with guns would consider such an action. As a species? Grow up, for the love of whatever you find Holy.

    - Shockwave, bemused once again.
