<div class="IPBDescription">not workin</div> Ok...ns beta 5 wont install it completely...as in there is not executable when i install it....anyone know why?

    Not an executable where? Just load up steam and it should be listed in your third party games section.

    in the ns file theres no .exe for ns...and ive uninstalled and reinstalled both steam and ns a number of times...

    Ns have no EXE is a mod not a standalone game. You need hl.exe to use it and to be more specific steam. Go to steampowered.com. Download steam register with your cdkey, when steam updates install NS and update it so steam will have HL on board. Good luck

    ok...i installed ns B5 into my half-life folder being sure to run it b4 installation and its still not on my list

    Right click on the halflife shortcut and go to run parameters (or whatever its called) and then add -game ns

    the "third Party Games" is generated from the liblist make sure that in your nsp folder you have a liblist.gam if not then try to reistall again or i can give you the proper 1. maybe your installer is corrupted. good luck

    is were i got mine make sure you have DELETED ALL NS FILES and make sure that half life is in fact installed <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> or the game wont work.

    Hornet in regards to EXACTLY what you need

    Do you have steam?

    Do you have copy of HL [or hl product opposing force etc] registered on the steam poweres account?

    Have you intalled HL?

    Have you tested HL to make sure it works and is all there?

    have you installed the NS game into your either
    X:/ is to be consistant to were you have steam installed

    <X:\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\your steam account\half-life\ns>
    OR
    <X:\program files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\bixcarracerx2@hotmail.com\half-life\ns>

    Does the ns folder have a "liblist.gam" files located in it.

    IF all of those are completed THEN NS MUST appear in your 3rd party mods under your steam "my games"

    If you problems persist please feel free to donate more information that will aid in this problem.
