Right. I know a lot of you are going to start playing the nanosecond it's released. However, I also know some of us, myself included, are in unfavourable posistions and wont be able to play until the weekend, or later.

One thing that bothered me about Doom 3 was all the hype. People saying it was the greatest game ever, people saying it was lower than the scum that grows on scum. When I played it, all those voices were in my head, ruining the experience.

So, I propose an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) for all those that play the game. Anyone who agrees to the NDA will not post any hype, spoilers, exagerations or any such foolishness until Friday. This is for the sake of the poor folks who want an untainted HL2 experience. Of course, there is nothing to enforce it, except your consience.

    i am in agreement to this. i plan on taking my time through the game killing everyone with the manipulator, so i dont want people who finish in a day telling me what happens when im still at the part where you get the manipulator.

    If you're going to make a thread that deals with anything in game for the first day or so, I'd label it clearly so those that want to stay well away can.
