<div class="IPBDescription">have an opinion..</div> havent played NS since 1.04 .. did play 2.0 couple of times but the aliens seemed to romp every map .. or games were thrown into lengthy battles with turret farms and nade launchers with the marines doing nothing but protecting their spawn res and structures .. got a little tired of that, fast ..
being dialup i put off downloading steam NS beta 5 for a while.. finally did
the balance of the game is great .. the main piece in giving each side a win seems to be the players, win or lose i am enjoying it..
one thing i have noticed though.. this not a suggestion, but an opinion.. is that the marines have it alot more easy in making a come back .. ive played games where the marines have lost everything, then a lonely marine starts a small set up and BANG the marines are back in business.. next thing 1-2 hives are taken from the aliens and onto a marine victory.. where as if the aliens are losing.. they lose no matter what.. still the balance of the game now is ...gorgeous ?
