Who will win in this battle of epic proportions? The tiger, with its feirce roar and and deadly pounce, weighing in at six hundred pounds, or the chicken, with its shocking shriek and deadly beak, weighing in at at two pounds, two ounces...
<b>You Decide! Let the fight begin!</b>

Tigers are an endangered species so the chicken wins the moral victory.
For the record I vote for chicken.
if a little cute gorge can take out a HA/HMG then a chicken can pwn a tiger. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Judges?
<i>Judge:</i> Well Peter, it <b>is</b> a tough call, because both of the contestants are dead, but since we can only assume which one died first, we're going to go with the chicken because of the moral win, as stated.
<b>Chicken:</b> 1 <b>Tiger:</b> 0
(I think this is coming from that one Animal Planet show that pits two species against one another to see who would win.)
Need to go, someone ask dell, bell rung.
Stare at the pictures and decide which has the most piercing eyes, the winner? <b>You decide!</b>

However, chickens <i>cant</i> fly, so he attempts, but blows himself up in the process.
<b>Chicken:</b> 2 <b>Tiger:</b> 0
(parents grieve)
Avesatanas: Thats called a cockatrice, not a basilisk although they have the same power (and it actually says that in the pic).
Status Quo: Look up a bit for the answer to your question <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
PS. A typing error in my typing error edit... how ironic <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
[Edit]No problem (seems silly to make a new post just to say that)[/Edit]
The website he got that pic from, states that by the 19th century, the names Cockatrice and Basilisk were interchangable. They were considered the same thing.
My vote for the Tiger.
1: Chicken, because obviously the chicken will just do backflips, land on the tiger's
back, and snap the tiger's neck with ninja-chicken power.
2: Since a chicken can't in fact do backflips, the tiger will pull out a box of frosted flakes and throw it at the chicken, however the chicken will simply use bullet time and dodge the deadly box of death. The chicken will then pull out 2 swords and scream "DOOOOOOD!" while attacking the tiger (Disgaea reference? I think so, even though Prinnies = more like penguins.).
3: I cook dinner. Tiger wins.
Since chicken would win 2/3 chicken wins overall <3

Yeah, but they started off as different things and people knew they were different all the way up till the 19thC After all, one is a lizard thing, one is a chicken thing, kind of a big difference. They were only 'considered the same thing' because having 2 different legends that turn people to stone is too confusing... which is silly.
Anyway, was hardly having a go at him for it (though I guess in retrospect I should have realised a comment without a smiley or some light hearted comment would be considered aggressive rather than just a simple correction). In fact next time I'll just shut up as it really wasn't that important.
On a slightly more on-topic note, its only on the internet that conversations like this could be discussed seriously by complete strangers <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->, its it wonderful!
[Edit] Red was too aggresive a colour, really garish[/Edit]
