Yes you can make your own spray logos, search for help on howto in gooogle, because whatever you did was wrong.. you should only have to edit pdcal.wad or something to this effect the name changed since steam I think.
Im not sure if this is the actually famous wally website but It works it has wally the spray maker and just make sure the wad file with your spray is called tempdecal! its important that it is becase steam changed the name for it. wally comes with a help i belive.
