Corrupt File
<div class="IPBDescription"> - wth?</div> ok, so i get this little poopu dealy whenever i close mozilla, i'm using 1.7 (as you can see by the moz17 folder)
nothing is wrong with mozilla, but i can't delete the filem, move the file, or copy a file over it... anyone have any ideas?

should get you there
sysinternals also gives a pretty good process usage tree(sysintenals.com) if you cant figure out what porcess is using the file.
