I thought those were oars. I figured that wasn't likely, because who jumps out of a plane in a frog suit into a boat? That and I'd never heard of the Special Boat Service.

They are recruited exclusively from the Royal Marines (for the moment at least).
They are a lot more secretive than the SAS and considered to be a superior Special Forces outfit because they have to complete the same training program the SAS have to plus their own training program (that the SAS don't do).
