9700pro Problem

<div class="IPBDescription">Help me please.</div> I bought this recently. Not Working, Excellent Physical Condition. There is nothing physically wrong with this card, when powered up the fan spins however it does not get past the BIOS. Maybe you can fix it?

make sure your motherboard supports agp 4/8x, and make sure the cmos settings reflect that. what other hardware do you have?

If you're in doubt, try this card on someone else's machine, and someone else's card on yours. This could help isolate board problems. But first, check compatability issues.
