Report: Console In Ns Freeze My System.

When I start a new listenserver (settings: LAN game, cheats on, passworded) with a combat-map, open the console (the game pause, wth) and use the "givexp" command to give me some xp-points (testing-purposes), and then use the popup-menu a few times. After that, I open the console, <b>my entire computer system locks up</b>! The chance of a lockup is so high, it's rare that the computer doesn't lock up. This happens in NS only, no other mods. I have removed NS from my system due to this bug, which makes it unplayable, since it has happened over and over.

Hardware:
- Mobo: Biostar M7VIT Grand
- RAM: TwinMOS PC3200 512mb
- Gfx: ATI Radeon 9600XT 256mb
- Mouse: Logitech MX510 , USB-connected
- Keyboard: Xenix blue LED , USB-connected

I don't think this should be in tech support - I have the exact same problem, in both B5 and B6.

1 gig DDR400 RAM
Mobility radeon 9700 128Mb
Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 NX
Logitech MX1000 in USB

All with the latest drivers, running the Omega's for my video card.

It happens at random times for me as well and I have a radeon 9600se. Do you also have windows service pack 2? Does it also sometime freeze with a looping sound?

As the my system freeze, I hear a high pitched noise in my headphones, and I am using Service Pack 2.
I think we have come to the conclussion that ATI Radeon cards is the cause of this problem...
