Changed Email Addy But Somethings Wrong

I changed my email adress from my profile on the main NS page and I checked to see if I could email myself from there and it worked fine. On the forum tho when I clicked the email link under one of my posts I got this error
Mail Error!
SMTP protocol failure!
Host: localhost
Return Code: 550
Return Msg: 550 cannot relay for Deunen@comcast.net
Invision Power Board Error: Incorrect email address: Deunen@comcast.net
Check your SMTP settings from the admin control panel
The email didn't go through. Any help would be great.
