<div class="IPBDescription">Err I just burned the image using Nero..</div> Hi, I just burned Knoppix using Nero's Burn Image option, but it won't boot, and I did put the boot order right in the BIOS.

I have 9 cd's left, how do I get a working knoppix cd xD

The ISO is fine, I tried it using daemontools and vmware and it works perfectly.

    You burnt it as a Disc-at-once, finalized CD? 700Mb media? Can you see any files on your first CD or is it just a coaster?

    Yup.


    When trying to open it in Windows it starts whining I should put a CD-R in actually :/

    TBH, I didn't see anywhere the option to Finalize the cd, I just started smartstart, and choose burn image from HDD, and burned it @ 24x speed

    I've mounted the CD ISO in daemontools and I've started copy disc now, let see how it ends up.

    Fire up Nero Burning ROM instead, cancel the "New Compilation" screen when it appears, then goto Recorder --> Burn Image

    There you should get a Burn Compilation screen...

    I'm unable to locate a shortcut named "Nero Burning ROM "

    It's just Nero Smartstart or Nero Express and some other tools and manuals.

    (oh and I'm not seeing any pics hosted by the forum O.o)

    It works!

    I've mounted the ISO in Daemontools and told Nero to copy the whole "disc"
