Model Stuttering And Loss

Recently I was away from my computer for a bit. When I came back I decided to do format and fresh install of everything.
Now in NS I get a odd stuttering. My fps ranges from 90-100 like before but the model movements are ultra jerky, and warp around. Im not sure if this is graphics or connection issue. In other HL based games, HL-DM and CS I do not get this problem at all. It is only in NS. I did a search and didnt see anything remotely like this posted yet. Any help would be awesome.
Specs:
AMD A7M
1700+ AMD Athlon
ATi 9600xt
512 RAM
Audigy 1
NS ran fine before. I just want it back that way.
I also have the newest drivers.
