<div class="IPBDescription">refresh rate</div> would i be getting less eye strain if i set my monitor refresh rate at a high level, or low level. right now its set at 60hz.

60hz is notorious for causing eyestrain and headaches in most people. Even bumping to 75hz will fix it, though you might have to drop your resolution if you have a cruddy monitor.
staring at my crappy monitor for the past couple of years is the reason why my vision has worsened and my eyes have become even more squinty. im asian so that means my eyes are pretty damn small.
