Needing Some Ram Advice

For Christmas I received some parts to upgrade my computer.
Athlon 64 3200+ and a Athlon 64 Motherboard: MSI K8T Neo-FSR.

Now I need some advice on some Ram to buy.
I have $300 to spend with $142 going into a <a href='http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproductdesc.asp?description=22-144-309&DEPA=0' target='_blank'> Western Digital 250GB hard drive</a>

So that leaves about $158 for some RAM. What I need help with is what RAM would go well with my system?
I was looking at the<a href='http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=20-145-544&depa=0' target='_blank'> CORSAIR XMS 184-Pin 512MB DDR</a> and I want to know what you all think.
Thanks.

    TwinMOS is also a good brand. Not the best memory you can find, but it's good enough for all but the most zealous users and rather cheap. If I were you, I'd go with 2x TwinMOS PC3200 512Mb DDR (1024Mb total, that is. Otherwise you'd have have to get 2x 256Mb. If you get 2x 512, you can always get another set to reach 2GB, which is the max on that motherboard). At least where I live, those RAMs are about 10% cheaper than Kingston memory. I haven't had any experience with Kingston, though, so they might be better. I've not had any problems with my TwinMOS so far, though, and I see no reason why they wouldn't work with your system (they should fit that motherboard of yours).

    Completely untrue. My Athlon 64 3800 loves my 1GB of Corsair XMS Dual Channel PC3200 <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
