It's not? I remember there was one way you could go that was extremely painful, resulting in violent spasms in the chest. I thought it was CO poisoning, but now that I think about it, it might've been lack of oxygen (as in trying to breath by not being able to). In that case, poisoning from the exhaust fumes should only cause you to fall asleep (though I'd say that's the lesser of two evils here).

Edit: Eh? Did someone edit posts? I could've sworn no one mentioned anything about my first quote, and I must've gotten that second quote from somewhere.

Too much cold snow dehydrates you because of its temperature. He'd have to heat it up slightly first so he doesnt get dehydrated.

So <i>yes,</i> he would be eating the "lemon snow." Most likely if he was down there that long, though, he'd be drinking stright beer still.
