Whoa, finally played it. I can't wait for this game! It's actually proving to be a challenge to beat and it's pretty fast-paced. I would have liked some time to toy around with everything, but it's great fun. I love how it actually looks like you're a person wearing a helmet.
I love the wrist blade you have. The gore getting splattered all over your visor and getting cleaned off is awesome. Am I the only person who giggles every time you kill somebody with it?
Demo too short Clipping borked on boxes and stuff (no stuckstuff, but cant get up on stuff and so) Graphics are lovable Sound is bland Teammate sayings are teh phus ^^ "Sir, this isn´t a good day to die!"

I agree with the thing about weapon sounds... They're "Star Wars" alright but they don't sound beefy (when compared to the damage they do). The AI is a bit off as well, and some animations are b0rked (try using the Melé attack while you're holding that big "Heavy Repeater" / Chaingun thing < Scratch that, it just uses a different animation. My bad ). But aside from that...
Love the visor. Love the squad. Love the orders you can give, how they're given (the hand gestures rock) and what they do. Love the "Revive" thing, and how you see the action through a haze when you're down, as well as your characters voice when he asks for a revive. The voices are bang on.
And the ending of the demo made me flinch
I really liked the idea of being "ressurected" by your teammates during a battle, and visa-versa. Doubt I'll be buying the game, though, it seemed too formulatic...
I played the demo and loved it, despite having horrific graphics errors. My only problem is that the standard laser rifle and the repeater weapon you can pick up from enemies both feel like they're shooting Nerf darts. The sniper rifle, anti-armor, shotgun and even the pistol all feel more powerful. I even had some Halo flashbacks with pistol sniping (new and improved - no ammo loss!).

yeah, I like to go in there with my knife and mix it up. Of course if you have a picked up weapon in use it just uses the weapon against the guy and that's normally slower.
I like picking up the machine fun from the heavies, it provides me with plenty of firepower. Lasts a while too. Melee is a bit slow though.
