No, there isn't, as far as I know. It would always be nice to have a standard .rad, but I prefer my own value's <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

try searching and see if you got anny luck

i remeber seeing it, and using it a while back, but as jezpuh said, the best thing is to do your own, giving you more controle

its best to have a standard one with all the values to the lights and go from there. i have a lights.rad that has all of the ns.wad lights, all half-life.wad lights, most of ns2.wad lights and lights from the 4 custom wads that i have.

ill post it up here in a bit, im rather busy at the moment.

Actually, it's best to create your own. That way you don't have to stick to certain light textures and so on. It's best to create your own style right away.

But as he's obviously looking for this, wouldn't it be a good idea to start with a generic one and then once you have got the map up and running, go and tweak the rad file to suit your particular map. It would save a lot of time when first adding lights to the map if you had a generic value then worked on it from there. I personally think its a good time saving idea and would like one for myself, my new map is giving me enough headaches without worrying about the lighting at the moment!!

Here's a lights.rad I made some time ago containing HL lights and the lights from NS.wad

<a href='http://www.btinternet.com/~chromea999/NS/nslights.rad' target='_blank'>http://www.btinternet.com/~chromea999/NS/nslights.rad</a> (right click and Save As or your browser will try and open it)

It was linked from this article <a href='http://nsworld.ns-central.co.uk/mappingguide/appendix8.htm' target='_blank'>Compiling Maps for NS</a>

Sorry it doesn't include any NS2.wad lights.
