increasing the voltage on usb would not be healthy ... and useless, because your mouse maybe pulls to much ampere, and not volts ... maybe a psu with more watts will help

(dont worry, i do have another comp built by me)
Its actually not THAT bad, can handle Generals and Hl2 pretty good, thats all i ask of it.
