On Nancy, I was LA/lmg marines and we were loosing. So I decided to do my old Snakeeyes impersination and stalk the aliens. As i'm leaving the spawn and turn left to go thru the cargo room, I see a Fade's claw sticking thru the far door. So I hurry up and run over beside the door and stand there aiming at the door that I came in thru. The fade walks right by me as I hoped and opens the door and starts bombing the turrets. Seeing my opportunity I light his **obscenity** up. Unloading a full clip equaling his death.
ok 1 down, so I run back to base to reload. I decided to see if it will work again. It did. Not sure if it was the same dude or not but almost the exact same story except this time before the dude started bombing, he decided to turn around and survey the room. Me seeing this I decided to start up on him before he sees me. After him jumping around like a fish out of water, HE'S TOAST.
Getting a little cocky now. I decide to try it again but this time I hide be hind the boxes there. I hear something coming and wait for the door to open. I guess he is checking for me now because it takes him a while to reach my side of the boxes. So I popup as he is about to round the corner and to my surprise there are 2 Fades. This time it was me jumping like a fish but I prevail against 1 and as i'm about to go down, In walks a HA and lights him up like a Christmas tree. I escape the battle with 5 health left. I guess these dudes thought they could take me down with their slash cause they could have ruled me with splash. I had them slashing at eachother at a couple points.
My most..surprising alien kill was on accident-I had been in the process of fall-chomping onto one marines head, and I must have landed on another's cause the one I was after killed me after I killed his buddy. That, of course, was not my best kill.
My best kill, I've undoubtedly shared on this forum before, and it wasnt as an alien...nope, it was as a Light Marine, with an HMG and a Jetpack. I had been scouting around Bast, when I had discovered a small resourcer in a duct area. I was on my way back, freaking out from all the blips around me, when an onos suddenly dropped in front of me. I screamed into the mic for all my team to hear, and started blasting frantically. Flying backwards, I was still too slow to get away, and it nearly gored me..but I splattered it seconds before contact. I eventually made my way back to base, where i had to ask the commander for a new pair of pants---mine were all soiled now. YEAHHHHHHAAAA!!
^^^ You say you did that with a HMG or LMG? But nicely done hehe
HMG. If i had an LMG, I'd have been screaming even more as he trampled my poor body cause I had to stop and reload. I was able to kill him with one clip, i do believe, because there was so little space for the bullet spread to take effect-all 150 shells hit him.
My best kill was at the end of a particular game I was playing. i was on the marine team, and our commander had tried to secure the third hive a tad too late. As a result, we started getting pounded in on our home base. Luckily, however, they still only had fades (we had knocked a couple of their resource nodes down). Sporatic fade attacks started coming in, and we could see them on the thanks to sensor sweeping. So, I picked up a heavy machine gun, and hid around the corner directly outside our base. A fade started shooting acid rockets right around the corner. The attacks started slowing down, indicating the fade was low on adrenaline. I jumped out from around the corner and let the fade have it. He died without so much as a split second needed to blink outta there.
"I'll be back," yelled the player who just got fragged. "I'll be waiting!" I replied eagerly.
My commander blessed me with one of the last remaining heavy armors that we could afford. Just a few lerks and fades from what I could tell of our remaining exploratory forces being mopped up. I hid around another corner, and sure enough, two fades and a lerk were coming up. I waxed the lerk, who had too much forward momentum to avoid hot death, and waited anxiously for the rest. I prayed that there wasn't some cloaked onos waiting stealthily for me to come out. Sure enough, there wasn't, and I could practically smell the fades as they were about to round the corner. I popped out, shooting at one of them point blank. He popped almost instantly. The other fade started moving backwards and firing acid rockets, but my heavy armor protected me well. The second fade mushied into a goupy mess next to his buddy. Both alien players bemoaned my clever hide and pop tactic by cursing their luck (and me). I paused for a moment to consider my good shooting luck that day. I rounded the corner to check another blip on my hud.
I've got a couple that aren't necessarily my best kills, just fun ones that stick in my head.
First is my favorite xenocide kill, I forget the map, the one with the reactor room. I was an alien and we had just got the third hive set up, we began to attack the marine base, myself and another player both jump the marine base as skulks and xenocide at the same time.. splat and splat, we both take out 3 marines each. All I heard was "I *bleep*ing HATE suicide attacks!*
Another was when I took out an HA/HMG marine with skulk w/ carapace/celerity only. He had to have had used over half his clip already but I just kept using that speed to swing around above and between his legs, as soon as I heard click, I dead rushed his back and kept on him until I FINALLY heard his gun drop. He either had a deaf comm or he was cocky because he didn't get one med pack dropped for him.
My favorite marine kill was an onos right after I respawned, he had charged our base just as I spawned and he headed right for me so I ran behind the armor and turret control and kept them between myself and him as my lmg and pistol blazed away at him along with the turrets. I finally took the bugger down, which was cool, although I wouldn't have minded if the sentries got the kill. As long as he died and I lived.
I had some fun today with Hera(?), I was in Maintenance as a Fade and all it had was 1 def chamber and the rescollector. I probably took out 4 or 5 HA/HMGs and a ludicrous amount of light marines by myself alone before I got help from another fade hiding high above in the vent. After that they finally learned what I told them long ago.. "Hey Marines.. Stay out of maintenance, it's mine."
I've cracked up at alot of the stories I've read here. This game rocks :)

Perhaps it was the time in the engine room in hera, a marine was building a res tower, so i climbed across the ceiling until I was right above him, then fell down upon his head and killed him before he knew what happened(its a very long fall, thats whats so cool). I guess he was injured before because it only took one bite. Another time I sneaked up behind a marine in a rather enclosed space, typed his name and typed look behind you. He turned but I had cloaking so he didnt see me, then when he turned back I killed him.
Well, I actually saw the thing, and started shooting like crazy. Anytime I web/babbler fight a marine one on one and win. It sucks all of a sudden having to walk real slow and not having a weapon to fire, then having a pack of babblers just running after you out of no where. Babbler kills are embarissing.
Seriously though, best kill(s) would have to be sneaking into the enemy base as Skul, morphing to gorge and setting up shop right at a undefended comm center (one of those maps where the comm center starts in some obscure place up a lift) with o towers and d towers and a few sense towers as bullet shields. Oh my goodness, they didn'ty realize I was building until I had gotten 2 o towers up and 1 d tower (I multitask so I'd have towers being built while I would heal up those which got damaged). Funniest **obscenity** though, I packed that comm building room with so many towers, as soon as a marine would spawn in, they would get onslauted with a large amount of acid shots and all the d towers were doing a nice job of healing. If something went down, I'd just put another up in it's place. Dropped some sense chambers on the lift to deter anyone from taking it up to get behind me as well as webbed the lower lift area.
What a site. All of the sudden the comm center is overrun with towers of all flavors. I would web the spawn points and release the hounds for good measure. THose marines were good sports though, I think only 2 of them left the game after that. The rest tryed to stay their ground and put up a good fight. By-the-way, it takes forever to kill any sort of building with o towers. After a good 20 minutes of kill after kill after kill and babblers going wild with my random spitting for good measure, a few other aliens came in and decided I had done enough damage and they finsihed them off.

with the marines suffering a really humiliating defeat at the hands of a rouge gorge and posse.
The moral to this story is ALWAYS PROTECT YOUR COMM CENTER.
IF you're a gorge in the marine base, jsut web up the only remaining spawn portal. Every spawning marine will be telefragged by the guy behind him .
You have to remember to keep dumping the webs on him, though.
I was playing as a marine in Eclipse. I decided to join at a very bad point in the game. It was a late game, and the marines were losing, badly. I suddenly spawn into an onos rush at the door. So what do I do? I looked around to see if there were any weapons around. There were not. Unless if you call a welder a weapon, in which case I do. I picked up the welder and started darting to an onos that had its side to me. I welded the onos like there was no tomorrow. The guy fell like a sack of meat in a garage. *Thump* Down he goes. The marines cried out "WELDER KILL ON ONOS! YAY!" And then we were overrun and I was killed.
No one can come close to me, so step down. That's right, back off sista! I will pwn you with a welder, yessir!

Lol, yea webbing the spawn points is such a **obscenity** move but it's so damn fun. It's also fun to do it to hotshot commanders (web the outside of the com so when the base is under attack and he gets out to bust some heads he gets caught up). That and telepads. Anything where a marine would appear instantly. Easy catch. The real trick is doing it right before the first onslaut of onos and fades start busting heads.
My goal now is to web a entire squad with spuratic webbing and kill them all with health spray.
Don't make me come after you with my babblers zazi. Sic um boys.
2 of my fave kills were as a Gorge. With Adrenaline and Regen, in a vent, hacking up an endless stream of babblers...
One was at a turret farm, I couldnt take it out, so I evolved and started spamming them witrh babblers. They couldnt touch me. I killed 2 HA HMG (I was mean and webbed the floor near the vent. Web and babblers rock!), some turrets and finally their Factory and phase gate. Once that was done I hopped out of the vent and helped a Fade finish off the remains...
The second was their main base, again a vent overlooking the base. Went gorge, and babblered like a madman. The poor doomed marines not only had to contend with the fades and occasioanl onos, but an endless stream off babblers pouring out of a vent. I think I kiiled 3 Marines. They also had their TF right near then vent, so they couldnt afford to ignore me.
All the time I was ROFLMAO and chuckling to annoy the hell out of them.
I've had too many kills to be honest. I've gotten some really amazing one's, much like the one's listed here, 4 person multi-kills as a Fade, in under 3-4 seconds sometimes, hell the work I do as a Lerk is just ridiculous, with and with out Umbra.
My 3 favorite kills was the first time I killed 4 Marines in a row as a Fade by coming from teh direction of their spawn on ns_eclipse, heading towards horseshoe, and seeing 4 marines backsides facing me, after that all the Alien's figured I knew what I was doing and started listening to my advice
Both of my other 2 kills were as Lerk. One, ns_eclipse, I was going like INSANE fast and was doing my little dive in, chomp, dive out tactic like any good Bird of Prey, and as I'm heading back in to South Loop for another sweep, this guy jumped, or tryed to, out of my path, and I managed to someone come into a perfect head on collision, one chomp, and he went down. I wish I recorded that one. The other one? Reactor Room on ns_tanith, same idea, I was coming down from on high mountain top, swooped in, CHOMP, dead marine
Although I've gotten plenty of 5-6 sometimes 7 kills at a time as Lerk, it's the lone Marines out and about that really make this job so much fun.
As a Marine? Every kill I make against an Alien that isn't a skulk is a beautiful thing. Waste a Lerk? Hell yea! Just knifed a fade? ROCK ON!
But favorite kill as a Marine...... it would have to be just a few days ago, playing with a few people from my clan, I'm out and about with my shotgun, my boy Kenichi is on the Alien team and comes running at me. Now I don't see him coming yet, but I can hear the Alien gettting closer. I basically headed down that huge elevator shaft, and took a left, and went inside that little door thing that pops up. Now this whole time I could hear that aliens squishy foot steps, the click'in of his walkin around, but hey, I got a shotgun, right? So there I am, I hop into the red little thing with the hatch on it, and I hear him just start running for me, no more of this slowed down hunting. My mind is just combat-mode "Footsteps. Left. Skulk. He jumped. Fire. Dead. Next Target." It was one smooth motion, I just slid the shotgun over to where I heard him coming from, he jumped to get into the hatch thing, and I pulled the trigger. The buckshot unloaded into him, leaving him a much former version of himself. Swiss cheese style. He was right in my face, and then we was dead, layin on his back.
best kill now would have to be when i was heading towards the marines base and there was a marine running back into his base and just before he went out of sight into his base i jumped, did a 180, bit and killed him, landed and kept going past thier base. at first i was like cool, and then he starts laughing his *** off dubbing my move "matrix-style". i couldnt stop laughing afterwards.
ns_nancy, the resource point right outside Mother hive(the unnamed one), I hung on the ceiling as a skulk while some marines were trying to get my fellow fade that was on the ground doing short hit and run attacks.... I decided to jump down and give it my best shot(why the hell did I do that?), and promptly started biting like mad. I then get to know that there are two HMGs, one HA with GL(luckily, he ran out of ammo just then), and light with a jetpack. The other HMG owner was just light armor. I started trying to bite them, but got up on the HA since it was the slowest. I quickly thought that it was no good trying to get him while his teammates were alive due to super armor thing... and therefore I ignored him while trying to get his teammates... he did hit me with his knife before I got away from him... I actually end up killing him first anyway since its so much chaos in that small room(if you still dont know where they were Im talking about taht locker room) and the other guys were too mobile. I laughed my **obscenity** off in the end due to the fact that a SKULK had killed TWO HMGs, one with a JETPACK, and one guy with heavy and grenade launcher.... Im glad that I stopped after a while, insulting ppl cause they were surprised isn't really a good thing to do :/
I once was in a room as a skulk with a really high ceiling. I had level 3 cloak and was hanging at the ceiling when I saw a LA marine with a LMG entering. He advanced into my direction and then stood right under me, and all of a sudden the door opened and he was attacked by a fade. Unfortunately, the fade must have been pretty bad injured because it only took the marine about 6 good shots to take him down, but the fade managed to hit him once with his swipe attack. He then went back to his old spot (might have been a waypoint) and all of a sudden I heard him shouting: "I need a medpack STAT!" Well, how could I have turned him down? That would have been in violation of the hippocratic oath, right? I dropped on him, all the time grinning and bit his head off, granting him full health. And after that I felt kinda cool.
i was on ns_eclipse and we had 2 hives and lvl3 sensory and defense, the marines were all ha hmg i was a fade with lvl3 cloak and regen, i was going to try and secure eclipse command when i see an ha hmg come around the corner and start pumeling me, luckily i disappered around the corner, this is when i was most thankful for cloak because this guy had 3 jetpack gl marines behind him! i just sat there and watched them pass, then i chuckled to scare the bejesus out of them, and that it did they all froze in a tight group,so i pulled out my acid rocket and shot as many rockets as you can into that group, all of the jetpackers died and the ha was still alive so i pulled out slash and tore him to pieces, much praise from my teamates for that only one thing descirbes those guys faces when i apperead right infront of them
I was a marine... With 3 other marines. Tough core dudes all armed with Grenade launchers and wielders and so forth. (I'm a newbie, so bear with me ). The marines were ready to rock and roll, they were pingless, experienced and ready to deal some massive damage. And me, the man of ping , armed with a cheesy pistol and the light machine gun, full ammo but no experience. So we decided to all head out, all four of us (3 + 1 = 4) when we came upon an innumerable number of offense towers, awaiting orders from the commander we were ordered to take them out. 'What could possibly happen', I stand in front of them and take out my light machine gun, 'ha' (newbie thoughts) 'what can they do'. Then suddenly one mate was taken down from the green balls that flew through the air... Wahhh!!! It was scary, first one mate, then another and then the last dude, leaving me all alone, crouching armed with around another 50 bullets of ammo for the light machine gun. Fearing the green balls I kept firing, we've taken out two of the five offense towers, not good enough. I waited for my fate... And... it never came, I realised that I wasn't dying at all, 'What?' 100 health? How is that possible? How can that be? Hmmm... Then I noticed I was crouching, the bullets were all flying above my head, hah!! I armed myself with the puny knife and slashed those things to death... Swish, swash, swash, swish.. .
And I defeated the offense towers, which lead to the marines winning that particular game ... This is true, none of this was made up.

Damn I love thiose little guys...
Im glad that I stopped after a while, insulting ppl cause they were surprised isn't really a good thing to do :/
only one thing descirbes those guys faces when i apperead right infront of them
And me, the man of ping , armed with a cheesy pistol and the light machine gun, full ammo but no experience.
