Mapping Community

hey all i just wanted to let all the mappers here, know of my site. I have recently updated it. Its a new/old type of mapping comunity. though kinda dead, which i am bringing it back to life. The site allows you to submit completed or beta map. show of pictures, and get comments on your map. so feel free to submit your maps, and show them off. In time I am hoping to get my site back up to be a full comunity with those that can help comment on your maps, to improve it and such, ect.

please note, i would just like to point out that i did not get any of these ideas from other sites or so. just thought i mention that, just incase some people thought it was some type of rip off of another site(not to be rude). also my site is not truly completed yet, so not everything is quite done, which includes the design of the site.

so i hope you all come and check out the site and register today at: <a href='http://www.chaos-realms.com' target='_blank'>Chaos-Realms.com</a>

    <a href='http://nsworld.ns-central.co.uk/Main.php' target='_blank'>Natural Selection World</a> does all that for us already <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    Plus it acts as a store house of custom NS maps for players, so it's not just for mappers.

    Of course you can't have forum like dialogs on NS world, but that's what this forum is here for.

    From my brief look Chaos Realms seems to have some design issues...

    the current design yes, thats why i mentioned that its still in its beta stage. i do have someone working on a new design for me. which does look good and is much better then the current one, though he has been tending to be lazy recently.. oh well ill get him to finish eventually. maybe ill put up the current banner from it.. hmm

    i was only mentioning this site, for another place to list your map <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> of course if u dont want to use it, then dont use it <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    I feel NS-World needs some changes, for me it's just "not there" anymore. I think it's time to consider change for the site, or other sites to come in and do what we may need.

    PS: If you want to know anything about "some changes" don't hesitate to PM me, although I know you won't have much time to do anything so NS-World will probably stay the same.

    Same here, and I personally find the NSworld site to have some design issues.

    Links -frequently- timeout.

    You really need to do something about that site. The uglyness makes me cry.

    Funny you guys are just talking about it. I haved checked the forums in ages, because since 3.0 I also stopped playing. Just recently I stumbled across NSworld to find that my map (which I finished by now) is still listed there with a dead link. Trust me to submit the new version next week.

    By the way, you may call NSworld ugly, but it seems fully functional to me. And it is user-friendly. That matters.

    And Bloodix, thanx for posting
