Minimize And Mic Problem

1st problem
When I join some servers with C-D on NS just minimize when it loads the game. And if I maximise it again steam gets bugged and I can only see the menu, but I can hear myself running around if I press the movement keys. This is really annoing grateful for help.
2nd problem
A few weeks ago I were alone on a Surftown server, with adminmod running. I knew some cmds like votemap and admin_vote_mute "name". So i tried to mute myself just for fun. But now I cant use my mic on any server at all and I dont know how to unmute myself. I checked the bind but it's still +voicerecord.
