<div class="IPBDescription">Small NS map, real small</div> OK, here are some shots for a map ive been working on, there was a thread thats recently dissapeared on it, but the shots are now way out of date anyway.
My map is based around the ayumi texture set, but follows a different style.
It will have 5 res nodes, yes you read that right - <span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'>5 RES NODES</span>
This will hopefully promote some very aggresive gameplay. Marine start will have a res point, and one of the hives will have an rt inside it. The other 3 will be some where in the central part of the map but 2 of the 3 will be closer to hives, since the nearest RT to the starting hive is automatically capped - but these two hives will also be nearer to the marine start.
The gameplay will be severley affected by the number of players in the map, mainly the alien side, because of their 'collective res scheme', so a smaller number of players would make this a better game, maximum of about 6vs6.

At the moment i will only accept critisicms to the detail aspects, that is, how I could make it look nicer. I wont be discussing layoutuntil later on.

I've got a layout, im just not 'revealing' it. I've spent ages working out a layout without details, and im confident this will work out.
And didnt I say it was gonna be like Ayumi?
