Off-topic Graphical Request

Pending coil ever giving me a chibi-Shockwave *pokes coil*....

Who wants to be the ingenious little soul who gets me a rotating, plain colour gif the the Decepticons logo? I'd like the Photoshop & .GIF files if possible, as I might work it into my signatures, but I'm too rubbish at animated graphics to do so.
