the gaurd decided to take a nap so he tipped over his chair and got comfy over on the corner of the desk over there...

in walks this little girl with big feet and shes like "hmmm hes asleep i see" so she walks over and snatches his coke and starts chugging it.... then BLAM she sees those guys on the camera and freeks out spilling the coke... now the guard starts to wake up (which can be told by him grabbing his weapon) and the girl freaks out more... shes <i>A.F.R.A.I.D.</i> you see...

well her shoes are high heals and she cant very easily run away in those so she took them off and bolted leaving behind her footprints and someone to take the comical shot.. <!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
    That's actually a telephone, not a coke.

And your story still doesn't explain why there's shiny blood on the floor. <!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
-_-... i though i explained it well enough but obviously some of us still dont understand...

the thing on the counter is CLEARLY an empty coke can.. i suppose you could say its pepsi.. but coke is better and i dont want my guards drinking pepsi... the puddle came from when the girl spilt the coke... she didnt spill it as much as she did pour it onto the ground around her feet...

    understand now?

edit: i think i understand where you got confused... the thing on the desk is the can... the thing that its pointing at is the beverage... PERHAPS you though the arrow was pointing at the phone ON THE GROUND...

Blood that was there for a time would become less glossy as it coagulated.

This is slightly off topic, but does anyone have a working link to that video? I have tried time and time again to see this "F.E.A.R" in action but I have never been able to. I won't play it since scary games make me go weewee, but Monolith has never let me down. Except with The Matrix Online but you can't be sure it's going to suck. Just pretty sure.

I can honestly say that blood will NOT reflect that much if it was in a pool like that.

As time passes and it coagulates it will become even less shiny.

It looks as if the blood is water, which is what that should be used for with that much relfectivity.

On Topic: Blood would so reflect like that. I mean, I remember seeing a guy get his hand cut off in this movie...

Bah. So what if the game has sexy blood reflections?
    I still say <a href='http://www.stalker-game.com/index_eng.html' target='_blank'>STALKER</a> is better...
<i>""...We rejected the linear level-to-level passage in favour of such freedom of action and movement as seen in 'Elite', 'Daggerfall' and 'Fallout'. Players will travel an immense territory of a zone stretching for <u><b>30 square kilometers</b></u>, explore it, gain money and experience, move along a free "non-stiff" story line towards the game final..."</i>
The key being the 30^2 Km... Not confined to some crappy doom look-alike corperate tower.

But aside from that, the fact is that FEAR doesn't even have a actual home page, and unlike STALKER, FEAR's latest PR is old... Last-year old. And i quote:

That's right! If it doesn't require the use of at least 15 graphics related techno-babble computer terms that I don't know, <i>I ain't buying it.</i>

Ask Renegade how blood looks on the floor, he might know since he's a Ranger or something...

Also, FEAR is gonna be good. I dislike the reflective blood though. Waste of resources, especially when dark splotches of blood are scarier than shiny blood.

And that's not coke, thats cherry syrup. He was making waffles but he has a condition that causes him to fall asleep for no reason at random intervals. Then some barefoot person came and stole teh waffles.

I recently had the mispleasure of witnessing my kitchen floor covered in blood (so it wasn't carpeted, pretty similar to that picture) and it wasn't that shiny at all.

    No bare footprints either.

I have decided I must see this for myself. I'm going to go get a pig and kill it in the kitchen and take some pics. Also included will be a recipe for 12 separate meals that include pork.
